PRIVACY POLICY

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on the website www.vermus.com.ua, for what purpose we use it, and how we protect it. By using the Site and providing your data through the feedback form, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Policy.

This Policy was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

2. What data we collect

Through the feedback form on the Site, we collect only the information you provide voluntarily:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • message text (if provided).

Additionally, when visiting the Site, technical data may be automatically processed: IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used in anonymized form.

3. Purpose of data use

We use your personal data exclusively in order to:

  • contact you in response to your inquiry;
  • provide consultation and information about our services;
  • conclude and perform a service agreement (should you wish to do so);
  • improve the operation of the Site.

We do not use your data for advertising mailings without separate consent and do not transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.

  • file complaints with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
